These Terms of Service govern your use of Visionary Console, operated by Virtually Structured. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Visionary Console is a business dashboard designed for service providers. It allows you to track revenue, manage clients, monitor your pipeline, and view your business health in one place.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You may not share your account with others or allow others to access it on your behalf. You must be 18 or older to use Visionary Console.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file according to your chosen plan.
Monthly plans. You may cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Annual plans. You may cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of the current annual period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased.
Lifetime plans. All lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable.
To cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription, or email contact@virtuallystructured.com.
You own the data you enter into Visionary Console. We do not claim ownership of any business information, revenue figures, client records, or other content you enter. You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time by emailing contact@virtuallystructured.com.

Visionary Console — including its features, design, content, and underlying technology — is owned by Virtually Structured. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the app or its content.
We aim to keep Visionary Console available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. For significant changes, we will provide reasonable notice by email or in-app notification.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtually Structured is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app — including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to Visionary Console is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
