Visionary Console is operated by Virtually Structured. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and business name.
Business data. You may enter revenue figures, client information, expense data, pipeline details, capacity settings, and other business information. This data belongs to you and is stored to power your dashboard.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles this securely on their platform.
Google Calendar data. If you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar events to display them in your dashboard. We do not store or share your calendar data beyond what's needed to show it to you.
Usage data. We collect basic information about how you use the app to improve the product. We do not sell this data.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal or financial compliance.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and row-level security on our database. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Visionary Console is a business tool for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
